Last year I started a Mandalorian costume for my oldest son and this year I started the costume for my middle son. So now we have the Mandalorian Brothers Troop.
Kyle chose Green and Gold as colors this year. Jack had wanted Blue and Black last year. We upgraded the lights and added a fan to the blue helmet this year. Both helmets are Smooth-Cast 65D with Tamiya lacquer paint. The skull detail on the side is cold cast Smooth-Cast 327 with a lot of aluminum powder.
I used Sintra for the green armor this year. The blue armor is Worbla black. I still have the rest of the green armor to finish... Halloween came too quickly this year.
