Decided to finally make a start on my Nerf Quad Blaster cosplay modification...

Took apart the guns, primed, sprayed and used pewter metallic rub and buff for the metal finish.

Then I purchased toy machine guns from B&M. Thankfully they make laser gun noises.
They were supposed to be £3.99 each, which is reasonable considering it's a circuit with leds, speaker and trigger pressure switch. However, when I went to the till they cost me only £0.10p each! BARGAIN!! Must have been an error or clearance? Going back tonight to see if they have any more
Ordered some pre-wired blue 5mm LED's to replace the red ones on the gun. Contemplating 10mm upgrades but being an electric novice unsure on circuit constraints.View attachment 770610
