Federation Models still open???

Last I knew of, yes. Some of their sources have been spotty/problematic, but they're still going. I just ordered something from them a couple months ago. What's up?
 
I've left messages for them on a couple of items over the last few weeks and have not gotten a reply, and this was during their posted on call times. I still want the items but I don't want to send my bank or paypal information to a "dead" line, site or email address.
