Hello everybody,

After a long time using pepakura and sculpting to make my props and cosplay, i decided 10 months ago to buy a reprap 3d printer. I never took the time to use it for other things than small spare parts or repairs.

One month ago, a customer asked me for a Knightmare Bust. I decided to accept the challenge... As my printer have a small print volume ( 20x20x20cm ), i had to cut my model in several pieces which means more work after the printing... :-(

Here is several pics of the building process :

After a frist coat of epoxy and primer :

And still sanding, epoxy, sanding, epoxy, and repeat these 4 steps...

For the googles, i ordered a cheap model on ebay, no way i was going to ruin a real Nanini model :

After the weathering and a plastidip coat ( mat black ) :

And time for a weathered scarf :

It is far from 100% accurate (googles, scarf,...), after the molding process, i will do my best to make it more accurate.
It still needs a support as it will be put on display, i'll update the thread as soon as it will be done...

:)

P.S : Sorry for my bad english
