Death Star base from a older tie fighter kit. The ships
are Bandai 1/144. Clear acrylic rod for flight.

Thanks for all the kind words. I spent a little over a month
on this build. The base (wall) took the longest. Putty
and painting. The back is insulation foam to give in a floating effect. The
ships were fun to build. Bandai does a great job of engineering.
Now I just have to find a good spot to hang it.

Very cool! I love the textured background. If I had to nitpick, I would say, If you ever do another one, try toying around with setting the ships at different angles. This can add some of that extra dynamic that would make is "shine." Plus, being a wall hanger, people are going to look at it from the side, and rolling them a bit can show the ship's profile a bit more.

Awesome job! Definitely a conversation piece in your house!
