Metal Earth Ironman: Decent Costume Pattern?

I don't have pepakura, but the Metal Earth Ironman War Machine pattern looks like it could be a tantalizing starting point for a costume. Has anyone tried it?

Yes, I know there would be much translating of actual body proportions from the little pieces, but it seems like it would be great for 3-D visualizing of body parts at least. I'm really tempted to scale up the pieces and copy maybe to foam. I'm not naive about the pitfalls, but I'd love to hear opinions.

Very interesting idea! May be a little too blocky/geometric though, but could be a good starting point
