2018 Hasbro Marvel Legends props?...

From the videos, it looks like the gauntlet makes noises every time you move a finger if you have the batteries installed. I would imagine that would get old fast if using this piece for cosplay at a convention. I hope there's an option to turn the noise off but still have the stones light up but none of the videos address that.

I had this situation with the Iron Man helmet. I wanted the light up eyes but didn't want the sound every time I turned the lights or took the faceplate off. So I just cut the speaker wire.

That's a good idea. Though I wish there was a less permanent way built-in. But I guess the sounds don't matter that much in the long run.

Video of the Black Panther helmet. Go to the 2:20 mark.

After the 13:50 mark you can see the inside of it in this next video. The backplate is cushioned on the inside. I hope it's removable for larger heads. Earlier the Hasbro rep does acknowledge the the gauntlet is scaled for humans, not 1:1:

Gauntlet is now in stock at Hasbro's site a day early. Limit 1 per household.

A couple of people have found them for $80 - $90 at Walmart. I guess they put them on the shelves with the old toys on clearance.

Hasbro site is working now.

and yeah,
Hot Toys announced their gauntlet.

Looks better in sculpt and paint but probably not pose able and will be way more, in terms of price

Hasbro is also releasing a kid-verion of the gauntlet for $25, but it's molded as a fist. The fingers don't move.

If it is upsized like the adult gauntlet, it might be the right size to cut up and make a regular human sized gauntlet. Depends on how it's built, of course.

It would be pretty great if there was a way to unwire the speaker. The light up feature is great, but that sound can get annoying.
