Over the last Year I've been working on my custom Skull Trooper armor. I sculpted the helmet in Monster Clay and then molded it in silicone. Slush cast it in SmoothCast 300
I wanted it to be easier than other buckets i've done to see though so i used correctly positioned sunglasses lenses. Wearing this thing is just like looking out of a pair of sunglasses.
Finally got around to painting it to figure out a color scheme I wanted.
I 3d modeled the armor and spent close to 6 months printing it out (sometimes again and again as this was my first attempt at modeling something of this magnitude and i got it wrong more than once.... a lot more than once.
I also went with a vibro-axe style weapon as that seemed more menacing. I modeled and printed that out as well.
I had to use a little EVA foam on the belt for flexability, but other than that and the helmet the whole suit of armor is 3d printed.
I'm not super happy with the chest, I really need to go in and remodel it, make it a bit slimmer, but guess I need to do that to myself first. lol
