A new Captain Marvel helmet I built for commission from the Hazmat Pepakura file. I don't see alot of this helmet where I'm located and wanted to post and share my version of the build.

I know this isn't exactly a new build but I just bought the pattern and I'm attempting my first foam build with it. What thickness foam did you use?

Did you need to resize from the original file, I just purchased it myself and was going to make one.

Hey, my head size is 23 inches circumference. For this build I assembled it in stock scale.

I also used 5mm craft foam for the entire helmet

Hey everyone I know it’s been awhile and sorry for the late replies but I also wanted to share my latest captain marvel foam build. This is the movie version of the helmet. I had to scale this one up 10% in pep designer. Also I used 5mm foam thickness. I’ll post the complete painted one soon!
