Grant McCune's X Wing and Tie Fighter molds up for auction

I believe the X-Wing molds were the ones made by Grant from left over Pyro X-Wing castings. I have a set of these castings, the molds were pretty trashed when mine were poured in the 80's not sure what condition they'd be in now. I don't know the pedigree of the Tie molds but I believe they were all made in the 80's and are not original production molds or parts. Still, they'd be a nice thing to have...

The auctions have ended, thought they would've fetched more money than they did. Anyone here lucky enough to win these?

$4,500 for the Tie, $5,000 for the X. Considering the age of the molds (silicone molds aren't good forever, they don't tend to age well) that's probably a pretty fair price.

Those molds were not in very good condition, they did have a ton of issues .
Also as I was told the detail was sanded off from the fuselage for some reason, so it will not be usable to pull a new mold from .
I would have loved to have them for my Grant display.
