Hey everyone! Im new in posting things so please dont judge me that hard, I have had a spider-man suit since 2012, my mother got it for me, at the time, it was suuuuuuuper baggy and I had literally no cosplay related experience, or any type of advice, so, during all the thread, I'll be posting the evolution of my suit, and some issues with my current version. right now those pics(which I highly hoped they charged) are from 2012,it is one of those suits that the mask has noseholes that are really unneccesary. next I guess I'll be posting when I did gloves to the suit. good night everyone!

So, those were in the year of 2012/2013 I used like that until I realized a few things as a 12-year-old: this suit isnt cool, at all, for example, the nose holes were insanely big, the mask was super baggy, there were no gloves/boots in the suit, and it didn't had back spider, so two years later I decided to "modify" some of it, pics will be added later

after looking at my sister's old pictures while cringing, get ready to cringe, these was my suit 2014-2015, I had a suit before that one, so I made "boots" and fingerless gloves from it, like I had 20% of experience at sewing and that fabric was(and still is) tearing apart, it had some blue parts, the mask was still baggy cause I had no shocking(2099 reference) idea how to fix the neck area, also, I like the gloves were fingerless I added red under gloves.

by the way that was the time that silly me thought of making the back spider out of construction paper, yes, like you read, construction paper and hot glue, imagine the disaster it made when I put that thing on, I was devastated:facepalm lol, but I learnt from it.
coming next : 2016 convention suit, version 4.5

so, I finally found some pictures about this event we have in my country called Megacon HN, and I went as spidey, obviously, upgrades I made: replaced the red undergloves to black ones, used a sweat band to keep the wrists tight, added a veltro strap to my mask to reduce the baggyness(is that even a word?) and made a back spider out of craft foam, it was based of ultimate spider-man, both series and comics: (in the mean time you can check a new thread I am making about homecoming webshooters, check it out! link: https://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=281721 )
