anyone done a Frank Miller Dark Knight Returns style costume?

I read that wrong, or took it out of context the first read. I'm actually pretty sure there was someone a few pages back on the " what are you currently working on " thread...

Haven't done one, but I think the wearer would be as important as the suit. Miller's Dark Knight was defined by his bulk and physicality. He wasn't the sleek, athletic Batman from other eras. He was a bruiser. He was Soviet Brutalism as opposed to TAS' art deco take.

If you didn't have that build, how would you simulate it?
