Batmobile (Michael Keaton) Needs strengthening on fins

What would be a good product to blend a 2 part putty, here in Australia we use a product called Bog. It's just like the old fashioned 2 part Bondo. I've resculpted broken off tips of the fins on the rear of the car and I need to coat it in something, perhaps some kind of epoxy to bond them together very strong.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

Couple questions to help answer your question:

1) Is this an original retail Polystyrene kit your talking about?
2) What two part "putty" is it you used?
3) How good was your surface prep before applying the compound to the model? I mean, did you sand the mating surface and chemical (alcohol or the like) clean any debri or grease off?
4) Is the sculpted portion still mated to the model, or are you able to pop it off easily?

It's an original studio model reject casting made of fiberglass. Nothing is popping off, it's good to go. I just want to make it nice and strong so that if it gets bumped, the thing that bumps it gets ruined, not my model worth quite a bit of Bat points.
