Arkham Knight Scarecrow Build

Screwed all the fear tanks in from the back. And added all the strapping to the tanks
weathered the fabric and straps with some dark brown and black paint.
All that’s left now is to add the waist and back straps and clips

This is looking incredible, man. Like others have said, your attention to detail is extremely impressive and it looks like it's all paying off in spades.

Also, props to your buddy that designed the facial appliances. It would have never occurred to me to not just go the straight mask route.

I was able to put some time into the leg brace. I’d say I’m 80% or so on it. Need some paint and weathering. And I have to put some foam on the bottom to prevent it from scarring the floors and add traction

Got the belt pouches made. I used 3 mm craft foam that had adhesive already applied to one side. Cut it to shape and slapped it on thin brown leather. Cut and glue together added Velcro closure and a stud

I completed the construction of the robe. It's basically a cloth Jedi robe that I altered to make the arms more fitted and the hood much smaller. then I used that as a template to created Burlap panels that i Sewed over the cloth Jedi robe

This method allowed the burlap to have a lot more structure and kept all those itchy fibers away from my skin. I then used a beige yarn to hand stitch all the seams to appear as if they were roughly constructed together.

Now just needs some weathering with dirt paint and a sanding block to give it some age
