I always loved building things out of cardboard such as guns and swords, but the thought never occurred to me to make a scale model out of cardboard until a few months ago when I decided to make a scale model of the rosson house in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. This is by no means measurement accurate, I went completely off pictures, google street view, and my own memory of the place to replicate its beautiful 1895 architecture, and as you would expect from a "no measurements taken" model... some bits are a bit wonky looking... but not wonky looking enough
for me to not love it and also... fall in love with scale modeling... its the first of many to be sure!
