They don't mention the scale, but have mentioned the following.

"THE FINAL PRODUCT WILL BE AN EXACT REPLICA OF THE T-800 ENDOSKELETON AND WILL BE APPROVED BY STUDIO CANAL AS PER OUR LICENSE AGREEMENT"

"Standing 45cm (18 inches) tall, this is big, in fact one of the largest reproductions of the Endoskeleton skull ever produced."

So by "largest reproduction" maybe they are going overboard with the size to accommodate the speaker electronics and hence it's not really 1:1 scale but bigger than that. Someone with the screen accurate Endoskull dimensions perhaps can shed more light on this.

Thanks, you're right. Besides some of the changes including the mouth area, the T1 Endoskull is also slightly less elongated and more menacing. So I guess they still chose "The Terminator" for the base due to their licensing while still basing their model on the T2 Endoskull.

You're welcome :) also stuff like the neck vertebrae scream T2.

It's supposed to be 1:1 scale. The 45 cm must be with the base included. The details are very soft/rounded though. It looks worse than the Sideshow recasts.
