Helmet Visor Options

Hi,
I'm currently in the process of completed around 12 paper star wars templates,
Have completed 6 ..
Boda fett
vader
storm trooper 1&2
scout
tie figter
sand trooper
but now looking ahead to other items i need to sort .. IE the visor's ... looking DIY option any help would be great

It's possible to dye them yourself. Look up punished props on YouTube and search their channel for visor. It's pretty easy to tint them. Of course heating the plexi to the right shape will be the time consuming part.

DIY option ..... cut and shaped sunglasses lenses will be ok for some of the helmets ...

You could try using "eclipse" glasses. They have a paper thin sheet of flexible material that looks just like visor glass

The cheap cardboard frame kind have that material

Buying right now is ridiculous. I just saw some of the E-Bay and Amazon prices. Talk about price gouging

After the eclipse this Monday you will probably have tons of cheap ones people are looking to unload :rolleyes
