Lightweight version of ballistic nylon for Spacesuits?

So i have loved spacesuits for a long time but I've never seen one that used a material that is similar to ballistic nylon but is lighter. Yet in this video, Adam Savage mentions the material is a 'lightweight type of ballistic nylon' and he never elaborates on what his thoughts are on the material. So I was wondering if any of you know anything similar to ballistic nylon but lighter? Or do any of you know what this material is?
