I hope you didn't pay a pretty penny on this one. No way this is a screen used cast. Everything is wrong from the neck, to the dome.
Welcome to the forum but unfortunately that helmet isn't even close to the ESB design and certainly not screen used. Like Noisetrigger said, hope you didn't pay a lot of money for it.

So many questions...
The COA isn't right either. Lucasfilm will use "Darth Vader" not just Vader and a TM attached to the name at the very least.

Yeah, you're right. So this is an old Altmanns with a fake COA. It's kind of an interesting helmet. You don't see a lot of them anymore.
It's always best to pull the bandaid off quick and get the pain over with. .....

Also, how many helmets did they make for the production of the movie? I can't see them making 15, that seems way high. I'd think maybe 6, but definitely less than 10.
