King Sol Stunt Saber conversion?

I've been thinking about getting a King Sol flash handle and turning it into a lightsaber with LEDs, no sound. I know people have made hilts with them, but so far I haven't seen any with LEDs. I know someone here had one, and tried getting a MPP blade socket from graflexshop, but apparently the hilt was a tad too big, about 1/32 too big for the socket, so it was loose. I have yet to find the inner diameter of the sol. and nothing else came from the thread and I haven't seen anything else about them. Does anyone know of any made, or any suggestions on how to get it to work?
