This one is mine. I originally had the concept of doing a DL-44 variant that was a SpecOps/Stealth version, (whatever that means) but along the way felt like maybe it was just a TFA era DL-44-- just a future version of the ol' standby.
That meant smoothing out the lines, making it seem sleek, maybe a little more high tech-- but at the same time, I wanted to stick to the OT prop-making aesthetic. Like my lightsabers, I like using found parts instead of specially machined ones with the exception of parts provided by Boba for the contest.
