Medal of Yavin display case

I finally got around to do a display case for the old Markpoon MOY.
As always, I started with the base.



After some router work, sanding and paint, I cut a mirror and started to work on the stand.



And when all was done, this is the result. I'm happy with it!

I may have an interesting project but I need to gather some funds first.

Your workspace seems to be filled with interesting things, by the way .

very nice! just like a quality picture/print framing job, the presentation of an item can equal the item itself.

Beautiful!! Do you make he acrylic box yourself as well?

Thanks! I have afriend who makes the cases, I make the mirror base and the stands.

I've only got one MoY left from my run years ago. I don't intend to sell it and I've lost the mold during a move..seeing this is making me want to display it correctly. Would you repeat this case on a commission?
