Ugh, its on Netflix and I couldnt make it through the entire thing

I hear ya. I've never been able to watch the original in its entirety.

Oh man, I remember seeing the original in the theater and somehow me and my friend made it through the whole thing.

I've never watched the live action movie and dont intend to. The HBO animated show was great, though. If they make this new movie closer to that, they'll do fine. Kinda wary of the fact that Todd McFarlane is doing so much, though. Not sure how he is as a director.

I liked the original movie. The early CGI sucked big time, but I liked White as Spawn and John Liguizamo as the Clown.

i didn't even mind the CGI. For the time I didn't feel it was terrible.

Todd McFarlane's SPAWN Reboot Film

Neil Gaiman was once involved with Spawn. How different would it have been if he had been in charge of writing the series? I don't have much faith in this project being any good at all.
