I just picked up one of these myself. Trying to figure out a plan of attack for building/painting it

Were you able to paint it without assembling the wings /engines first or are you stuck assembling then painting due to the electronics

I was able to paint almost all the parts before I assembled most of the kit. I'd say the kit was designed with this in mind.
