Looks great. Ilike the weathering but still think it needs more dirty in up :). Overall tonally very grey with not enough darks?

I actually had to hold back on the weathering after looking at the reference images. Lol
Aside from the dirt and grit on the lower legs , the upper section of the AT-ST are surprisingly light on weathering.

I suppose I could add more but its still a relatively small model and not sure want to go too heavy handed.

Nice job.

I love the blast mark effect!

I don't think you need to add more weathering.

I was careful about going overboard as well. I was amazed myself when doing mine how little weathering it really needed.

It's really fairly subtle weathering, no where near like what you would see on X-Wings and Y-wings.

My only critique would be the base. It still looks a little "plastic" like.

With mine, I based it like I do my Warhammer and Warmachine gaming miniatures. Just cover the base with elmer's white glue and sprinkle on the dirt, let it dry and add some dabs of glue and sprinkle on the grass effects

It's no big deal though, I know things sometimes lose the subtle color changes and look "glossy" in pictures

I guess what I mean is more light to dark contrast would benefit the presentation. This is often an issue of scale and can be Improved by lighter highlights and darker recesses.

Of course that's one opinion and interpretation based on photographs where light and contrast has been adjusted. Might be fine in person.

Again, love the work. Hope my criticism is constructive.
