2B Nier Automata cosplay skirt artwork

Unfortunately looks like I will have to halt work on my San Diego Comic Con costume. I want this artwork embroidered on my 2B skirt. The skirt fabric is Velvet/Velour. To get the work done is an outrageous amount of money since it is almost 10 feet in length. I have no idea how to get this on my skirt and look clean expect to get it embroidered or maybe laser cut and attach it on. Was really looking forward to seeing this embroidered on my costume but no way can I afford what it will cost.

Any ideas of how I can get this design on my skirt and look clean? or does anyone I know have a laser cutter and can help me out or can recommend a laser cutter shop to me? #2B #Nierautomata #cosplay

I broke down and purchased an embroidery machine :eek and have never used one in my life I have one week to get my work all done. Will post my completed costume here after SDCC, I hope, haha wish me luck!
