Need to figure out a way or where should I place the 'switch' that control the movements.

Heyyy,

Here is something I've been working on for a long time now. It's the new Marvel Spider Man Homecoming suit. I started with a blank red and blue spandex and sketched out the rough designs and patterns from there. Some were based on the great design that Kenlandrum posted. The red and blue parts were all screen printed. Here are some photos of the work I've done so far.
Also, I've found great reference photos from many different sources including here, therpf.com :)
But right now, I'm facing a little trouble in sewing the suit together. I finished all the parts and now I'm trying to work my way around sewing it together. Any advise would be appreciated.

BLUE PARTS:
First one is from the movie; the last two is what I've done (to give you guys some comparison);

Thanks!!

Where did you get the screens?

The suit is almost complete. Just need to find a way to efficiently attach the leg part to the blue pants. Zippers didnt work. Any more ideas??

you could sew in some little metal buttons(the kind where the two parts snap together)

I dont think that will work though, the buttons will ahow through the fabric :c

But thanks for the idea, any more ideas please help :)

IT IS ALL DONE!!

I made my own stl file for the back spider as well as the lenses and 3d printed them out then glued on to the suit.

The frame is a prototype for the moving lenses to see if the shapes and all that stuff is accurate.

What do you guys think?

I used zippers and velcro to connect all of the pieces.

And now it is time to make adjustments to the mechanical lenses. I will post some updates

Maybe around oct cuz im very busy at the moment. Stay tuned :) thanks for your patience.
