First Time Latex Mask of Dead By Daylight Killer : The Doctor

Hello All!

I decided to be brave and try to tackle to make a latex mask of my favorite killer from DBD - The Doctor

I have never made a latex mask on a scale like this before and the last time i made a latex mask was back in my art class , years ago.
From what i can remember we just applied some sort of liquid latex on top of a clay mold and peeled it off.
I'd much rather have a solid mask ,with good details, and one that's form fitting.

Here's some references for you guys

Here's a close up of his face, this is what i plan to make a latex mask of

I've made a mold of my own head out of plaster strips ;sanded the head to get rid of bumps and ridges that formed from the strips.
My heads left ear broke off and i plan to fix it with some clay when i start working on the details on my mold. I plan to change my facial features to look like that of The Doctor's facial features.

So I plan on applying clay to my plaster head mold to correct my features and turn them into the doctors.
I plan on making a mold set of my own teeth from this dental video i found. Not sure if making the my own teeth is necessary because i could just carve teeth like shapes into the clay.

Dental video on how i plan to make my teeth(or maybe i'll just carve the shape of teeth out of clay)

I also bought a Dental Retractor so i can press it into the clay and build up a more real look on to my face (so when i get to the latex part of my mask i can just push the retractors back into their spots and glue them permanently to the latex mask.)

Now i have a few questions since this is my first time doing a project like this but if you guys have easier ways of making a latex mask like this your knowledge would greatly be appreciated.

Is there anything i should apply on to my plaster head before i put clay on it? Something like mod podge or wood glue to give it a sort of thin protective layer for it?

Do i have to do a 2-part Hydrocal Plaster mold on top of my clay/plaster head mold to create my silicon mask?
here's a video that i think might work for this mask but im not a 100% sure on
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6WBotvMNvo

Could i just apply some sort of liquid silicone or latex on top of the clay/plasterhead mold? Is there something thick enough to create what i'm looking for in a process like this or should i stick with my 2-part mold video i suggested?

Then i found these 2 other videos that have the same kind of method but im not exactly sure how that expanding stuff works in the process of making a mask

Thank you guys for any help or advice I appreciate it, I'll try to keep you guys posted on my progress.

Are you trying to make a regular old latex mask or a solid silicon head? Because making a latex mask is totally different than those last three videos.

it's all good man.
But have you worked with Del Milano Plasticine clay?
(I'm asking because i bought some off amazon to cover my plaster head in and change my features to look like the character from DBD's.)
Im curious does this kind of clay harder and become impossible to work with once i finish applying it?? or can i just apply water on it and it'll become soft like regular clay?

No ive never used that clay before. I only have experience with water based clay and traditional mask making methods.

Using plaster like ultacal 30 to make a mold, and then dumping slip latex into it to make a latex cast,

Do you have a video for reference?
Actually i think the process is the same as the one i plan to do in this video i listed-

the only reason im not doing latex is that i have a feeling im not gonna like the way the mask wil look and fel once it's finished.
I want my mask to look and feel more like this guys in the video(plus he did his in Silicone)
