Tesseract Holder 3D Print Build

Inspired by AGFRX7, I started modeling the Tesseract Holder from the first Avengers movie, and will be 3D printing it. I will post pics once I get to a computer. I still have some details to add and some mechanics to work out but I have already printed the handle. If this thread gets enough steam I will make the STL files available once I'm done and ensure I get good prints. Pics to follow

As promised here are some pics. I will post as I make progress. I'm using C4D to model along with Cura and a Monoprice Maker Plus

Ok so I went back and refined some things and here is a render of what it will look like once completed. I will be ordering a 6" plexiglass tube once everything is printed and a 1/2 inch tube for the interior. I already have a 3.5 photo cube on stand by. There is space for wiring as well. More pics to come

Thanks everyone, I will keep everyone posted on this project. I'm still out of town and before I left I had already printed the Star Lord helmet, so while I had some down time I figured I model the Sony 1979 Walkman and print that as well when I get back. It's not 100% screen accurate but it will do for my display purposes. Maybe later on when things settle down I will model a 100% screen accurate one along with moving parts.

Here are some quick renders

Back home, printing has resumed. Fresh off the printer is one half of the bottom base

In addition (I will start this in another thread) but I went ahead and modeled the Aether for 3D print, I modeled it so that it can fit a 3.5x3.5 photo cube so I can fill it with red led strips. Here are some quick renders

That Aether render is great! I have been putting together a collection of the Infinity Stones in there original MCU look. I have not seen anyone finish a really good Aether.

Thank you!! I hope it comes out good. Mines will be bigger then most that I've seen that's for sure. I'm also thinking about either using epoxy sculpt to shape rock formations or buying faux adhesive stone. I will definitely share this file once I get a good print.

Cool. You can actually get a good faux shale look with alternating layers of dried elmers glue.

Not exactly what I mean but you get the idea. You should be able to do this right on the two cubes.
