I've formed a lot of kydex and acrylic in my time (I used to make knife sheaths and custom acrylic holders for display cases). Doesn't take much heat at all, in fact you can usually just warm the back of the part with a heat gun and then gently press it over a large diameter pipe until it cools, usually just a minute.

Thinking about new labels. What do you think? Any input or suggestions would be appreciated. The label size is limited to 33 X 60mm so the lines to write your information would be incredibly small.
TheMechanic my suggestion is to take more of a cue from the backpack label I posted. Maybe a light gray or khaki label with white squares for write-ins?

I just found a company that can do a small run, slightly larger size and different colors. Stay tuned.

I'm still limited to a size of 1.5" X 2 or 3" but it does give me more room to play with. And I can make them grey or whatever.

I kept the description generic so that they can be sewn into your jacket, shirt, hat, gloves or wherever.

Is there only the 2 variations of patches around? This one (in the 3 different colours) https://goo.gl/cwSrzC and this one (in the 2 different colours) https://goo.gl/bR7DxD ? Looking for the rounded bottom edges on the first one and a smaller size of the second one, might have to get them individually made up if they're not done already.
