I found the magazine at Walmart. I'll take a picture of it when I get home from the office. It was like $11 and about 110 pages long (or so).
 
I'm thinking it's not a flashlight because there's no clicky tail cap switch and everyone's already wearing a flashlight on the other side of their belt. It could be anything though. They search continues.
 
While working on replicating the belt I now discover that they are wearing a British PLCE belt BEHIND the other belt! Ugh...
I have one but how is it attached, or is it attached? Both Daniels and Oram's inner belts are hanging down on one side with some modified riveted ends on it and no buckle... WTF???

Any idea what flashlight Oram uses?

Daniels and Walter use the Led Lenser X21R.2 early in the film, but having trouble identifying Oram's lamp. Might be the Led Lenser P7R?

Not sure. Daniels has a flashlight on her belt with some ribbing and a crenelated bezel.
