ALIEN COVENANT Design, Costumes and found objects

Out of curiosity, I'm wondering from where (in the world, and what types of shops) you have been buying items for your Alien Covenant costume/props? I've been buying from eBay and Amazon a lot, as I imagine many of us do when we put together a costume, but this particular costume has been more detail oriented for me and has required a lot of army navy surplus, new tactical gear, and camping gear. So far the older army surplus gear has been the most far-flung. The utility belt pieces were bought from a guy in Poland, the winter hats from army surplus stores here in New England and from a guy in Latvia, the gaiters are Swiss by way of middle American vendor, and one of my Danni smocks was well made in China. I've found a few tactical gear sites I keep going back to (tacticalgear.com), where I got a pair of the Blackhawk kevlar gloves, my M.O.L.L.E. backpack, as well as my pants for my Danni costume and a shirt for an Ellen Ripley costume.
I bought all the camping gear (foam mattress, carabiners, stainless steel water bottle) from REI, because I work there.
And of course I got some very detail oriented items from you awesome people, like the patches, the utility belt labels, and the Invisio communicator. My costume so far would not be possible without your attention to detail.
All this collecting and making custom items makes me really appreciate the work of prop and costume departments of movies and television shows!

Like you I got one of my harness buckles from Poland and other belt parts from a collector in California. I got my pants, anorak, Maxpedition pack and other do dads on EBay. I got my carabiniers and sleeping pad at EMS, gaiters on the 'net from a farm supply store, Blundstone boots bought locally, the emergency flare at a West Marine in Florida while I was on vacation, I made a lot of stuff from scratch and I had a lot of the tactical gear already.
