Stan is going to stop touring soon. Every convention he announces is his last visit to that event. If you want a picture or an autograph now is the time.

Looking at the prices for all the Doctor Who guest this year, I am assuming a very hefty sum. They certainly have raised some prices. Hopefully Stan will be back to good health soon. If you make the trip, I recommend using a service like parking panda right away to get a good deal on parking close by. If you stay at a hotel you will still likely have to pay a separate fee for parking, and ironically Parking Panda will save you more, even if it is at a hotel your booked in.
