show your Doctor Who Costumes

Some amazing costumes here - I'm currently working on a semi-decent 11th Doctor (series 5). I'm really happy with most of it so far (I even had a great little Twitter conversation with Ray Holman about it and he said it was looking good!) I may replace the elbow patches for darker ones and I just want to get a decent shirt; this one is is a terrible alt I had red ribbon sewn onto the cuffs of.

I'm currently looking to get one made up with Spoonflower fabric but I'd obviously grab a Magnoli if I could find one for the right price!

I thought this would be a good time to share a few pics of my authentic World War II Kriegsmarine Officer coat. This is from the 1940s and originally had the German Navy gold buttons which I changed out. It also has the original lining which is a medium brown mohair. It is in remarkably good condition. No tears inside or out. This is obviously the jacket they used to design Christopher Eccleston ‘s 9th Doctor jacket.

Recently did the The Dalek Bumps Master from the Red Nose special Doctor Who and the Curse of Fatal Death.
Added a Mark II Tissue Compression Eliminator for good measure.
Got such a great reaction, though I did have to say "My eyes are up here ladies" a lot more than I thought I would.

The coat was an ebay purchase from China for £57.00. It was nicely made - the lady stopped making them just after we bought this one back in December.

Me as Rory with Karen Gillan From 2015 We were trying to recreate the photo on the shirt.
She was very sweet. :)

Me in 2017 with Arthur Darvill. He was totally into it when I asked him if he wanted to wear the vest and hold the broom. Said he felt like he was back home.

Here's a few of my version of the Tenth Doctor.

Suit: Baron Boutique
Tie, Glasses, Coat: Magnoli Clothiers
Sonic Screwdriver: The Wand Company

My wife is dressed as Jo Grant (companion for the Third Doctor) and the other gentleman in the pictures is our friend Scott who does an amazing Third Doctor!

Unfortunately I need to get a wig to do this costume now as I can't use my own hair anymore. If anyone has any tips on wigs for the Tenth Doctor they'd be gratefully received!
