Hey guys, another cyborg ninja helmet, got the pep file from Hero's Workshop site, modified for foam floor mats, let's see how this turns out!

I used pins to pin the pieces together so I had a better idea of the shape taking form.
I then proceeded to glue the edges using contact adhesive... Pretty impressive stuff I must say!

ps. thats a semi-skimmed milk bottle cap, perfect size!

Here I have used decorator caulk to fill in the gaps and general tidy up on the overall shape.

Yellow plastic filler primer, so so so many imperfections showed up... So back with more decorator's caulk, it's so very easy to sand... Too easy...

Slapped a bit of white paint on, gonna fiberglass over this as I need something a tad more solid to get things to the finish i want... only so much i can do with foam and decorators caulk...

M,your thread is awesome thusfar and I'm looking forward to how it will develop.For the rest of your costume you can use the files that Laellee released for the ninja's armor.
However,the last two posts have attachments that are not working (on my end)

Thanks, I'll get onto that, trying to load it from my android phonephone... Let me know when it starts working again!

I'll see how far I get with this first, then I'll be all excited again and get stuck in on the suit!! ( thanks for the tip )

Hey guys, I'm looking for the right colours (or close enough) to paint this helmet, i am spraying these with automotive paints so preferably if any of you know Halfords in the UK, could you direct me to the colours I should choose. Thank you guys.
