Wolverine Claw Attachment

Forgive me in advance if there is a thread about this. I am making a set of wolverine claws based off of The Wolverine version. My question now is whats the best way to attach them to the hand grip. I have made a first attempt and seems to work alright but thought I'd crowd source some information from other people who may have attempted the same. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

your claws look great! But I would ad a top piece. A lip that goes between your fingers, they will depress the skin and look like they popped out.though they are cut out evenly the more midline pieces need deeper circular cuts for the hands to fit. The I used a #6-32 thread screw with locking washers to anchor

The only reason I didn't add a top piece is because the claws in The Wolverine do not have that. But I see how that would be beneficial.

I 3D modeled the master and made a mold. They are casted out of resin. Ill have to find a picture of them on later.
