I found a MK 3 pepakura by Dancin_Fool at this thread: http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=101543
I'm not sure if it's against the rules, but you could probably convert the pep files into 3d print files with some online research.
There is also these files made by kenlandrum :http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=182942 but it does not contain the full armor.
