Kylo's interrogation tools?

Hey Guys and Gals,

I have been looking into a build over kylo's interrogation tools for some time and I recently looked through the force awakens vd, and found pictures of said tools. They look like they could be spun aluminum rods. I would say they could be simple to make but I am not sure of size and measurements yet so I'll get back on that later. For now, here's a picture from the visual dictionary I picked up:

One of these even looks like it has a wing nut at the bottom. Like I said I have no idea over measurements on these tools, so if anybody else has info over these, sharing would be helpful
