Kylo Lightsaber Unstable Blades

Someone was telling me you can buy slips that go over the regular Black Series blades to give them the unstable blade look(rather than going the hot glue or silicone route). Does anyone know where I can find those? Thanks. :)
 
We bought them for my husband's BS saber at Lowe's. they are dust covers for flourescent bulbs.

We only used that cover for the main blade. The side quillions were done by removing the tubes on the BS saber and replacing them with plastic Christmas Iccicle LED lights:
