I made these ones with steel pipes. I've tried making these billyclubs several times with PVC and they turned out pretty well but I wanted something more accurate so I made then with steel pipes. It's pretty accurate. It has 3 forms. The staff, the batons and the nunchucks with cord retraction. SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE PICTURES

Great but will be better if metal look parts (between red parts) better polished, i think !

How have you make the red parts (the streaks) ?

The Red part is actually a textured material I wrapped around the steel pipes then painted

You can use something like that. But I recommend using something with a criss cross pattern so it's more accurate to the show

The cord is connected to strong spring
