beginners advice

Hello. New to the forum. First time post.

I've been interested in doing a project from a television show called Bobs Burgers and wanted some advice on what type of material to make a prop out of. The prop in question is the Kuchi Kopi glow in the dark doll/nightlight. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

i would sculpt it out of oil based clay and then make a mold and cast it in clear silicon with an inset to create a cavity in it for a led light

I'd sculpt it out of FIMO or Super Sculpey...maybe they make some that glows in the dark? If not, just paint it with GITD paint. If you go this route, use a chunk of aluminum foil roughly formed in the finished shape, but smaller, as the core. This way you won't use so much clay and it's less likely to crack during the heating/curing process.
