I'm thinking it's important to have the seams in the right place for this suit though. With the TASM1 the Raimi pattern worked since the seams were painted over anyway. The raised webbing on the TASM2 made the seams appear less visible too. Maybe this one needs a pattern from scratch, atleast the mask? The seams may become too obvious.
Thoughts?

I agree after looking at the HD trailer it may be tough to do this with the same ole pattern... either way I'm gonna continue on this one just to figure out where everything goes.

The worst thing is that the eyes are most likely CGI in all the shots throughout the film, so we don't even know if it's "possible". It should be, though, with some type of mechanism in the faceshell. The servos must be small enough aswell, probably the hardest task of the suit.
