First time poster here!
I was curious if anybody has found if it's possible to do some work on the $30 Target First Order trooper helmet to actually make it an accurate piece.
I was going to start with an accurate Pepakura file I found and start from scratch, but I kept coming back to this helmet, really curious if I could add lenses, glue and bondo over the split in the helmet, detail and repaint all of it and make it accurate to the film.
I'm pretty new to armor making and prop building, so I was wondering if you guys have any guidance or advice on whether I could work with this or jus start from scratch.
