After 170 hours, of helmet-sculpting, casting, and EVA-foaming armor bits, they're finally done!

My first time working with EVA Foam or doing anything remotely close to this. Super happy with the results!

Awesome, just awesome. I really want to make one for me too, but I don't have much resources now, so.. I'll start working next year, so I can use on the Pacific Rim 2 premiere Just one question, how did you made the clear visor on the helmet? I think is the only part I have no clue how to make.
