I started this project mid last summer, but ran out of time (cold weather) and just was able to finish the helmet:

Re: My Pep Helmet and Foam Armor

With the winter off I was able to start looking into EVA foam and all its GLORY! Last week I started the armor build because I couldn't wait any longer for the weather to cooperate:

That is looking really cool! What is used for the texture on the helmet and gauntlets? Hot glue? That probably took forever! I commend you on the patience you obviously have!

Thanks for the kind words. The detail is made with puffy paint. I didn't want to waste valuable glue! The "welds" are epoxy sculpt. The helmet has more hours in it, just because of the nature of fiberglass. I was really surprised at how easy and fast EVA foam was to work with. Cutting all the spikes out of styrene seem to be the most time consuming...

Like the Shredder work. I too am left handed.... it is going to be interesting making sure I don't hit anyone at comic con this year. I chose leather for my armor. I see you found a different helmet file than I used. Nice work.
