Anyone out there seen this kit of the Cosmo Dragoon???

I also belong to the starshipmodeler discussion group and a member posted this picture in a reply to a discussion I started;



I was wondering if anyone has seen this kit before?? According to its owner when completed it is over 17 inches long. I think it looks rather nice and I wouldn't mind adding it to the "collection".
