Lovely! I'd love to get those belt loops in silver (aluminum or similar) and the buckle probably wouldn't hurt either.

I like your's but I'm wanting to make a custom fit one to my head, and I'm gonna make it a helmetish mask then glue fabric over the top, try and make it look as close to the movie as I can.

Here's a video form the set, you get a good shot at the suit up close, with the holes ripped into it, it looks like canvas-type. There are also 2 zippers up the front/side on the neck.

It's standard 5'10 to 6'2 or whatever it's already sized at. literally just went down to fedex kinkos and had them print it out

for anyone about to send the latest JPEG file to any fabric printer I still need to converted to CMYK and adjust the file width, so I will post that link tomorrow first thing in the morning.

Did you order the metal one from Shapeways?
No ken gave me the chance to test out his file to make sure everything looked good as far as sizing and such. This was printed, finished,molded and casted by yours truely.

I ordered the same one as well in white plastic with the intention of molding and casting only one for myself. Anything else I would ask Ken first and see what kind of compensation he would like.
But I was asking if you ordered the plastic or the steel printed buckle from shapeways?
