I'd love a kit of the queen's ship from TPM.
Bandai is churning them out at a rate that, frankly, would've been a deranged fantasy only a couple of years ago.
1/2 Scale BB-8 ( 33cm tall ) due for April release, plus who saw the 1/6 Stormtrooper coming? that came out of nowhere. Bandai have allready started creating bigger works of Art for us to enjoy building.
Bandai will build smaller kits, but Imo the 1/48 AT-AT is going to happen (1/48 Snowspeeder & AT-ST). As will other HUGE kits, (especially after Rogue One) like the 1/1700 ( 94cm ) Star Destroyer, a big Blockade Runner & Hammerhead Corvette. A 1/72 Falcon has to happen to go with the 1/72 ships. A big Imperial Shuttle would fly off the shelves, Figures with faces would be great too!
Star Wars is FULL of cool things and Im pretty sure they want to make a LOT of them, like i never thought Bandai would ever make a Droid STAP from the prequels, but there it is!
I would buy all these in a heartbeat:
94cm 1/1700 Star Destroyer
60cm CR90 corvette - Blockade Runner
60cm EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate - Medical Frigate
1/72 Falcon
1/48 AT-AT
Imperial Lambda-class T-4a shuttle - Tydirium
1/12 Lukes Speeder
1/72 B-wing
1/72 TIE Bomber
30cm Death Star
60cm Hammerhead corvette
1/12 Figures with faces like Darth Maul, Jyn Erso, Chirrut Îmwe, Baze Malbus, etc.
Those huge models are complicated and Bandai allready clearly take great pride in making them the best in the world. They take time to get these models super accurate for us to enjoy, we just have to give Bandai time. So far these kits are mind blowingly awesome and they are making them pretty fast too. The futures bright for Star Wars, the films are doing well and im sure Bandai will keep making more.
Thank you Bandai your awesome! :thumbsup

Question: Where does the 1/2 scale BB-8 release in April info come from?
Despite the powers that be saying the ship in ROTS was the same one in ANH, I can't buy it. I don't mind the different paint job or the extra lights -- or even the additional hanger bay -- but the proportions are just too different. Whatever ILM artist was in charge of creating that asset didn't do their homework.
Yes please!I would also like to see at least a 1/72 Republic Gunship with figures, crew and troops. I know Revell or someone did one, but I want a really good version.
A 13" tall BB-8 is cool, but bring on the big ships please!
I can assure you there is a large item coming out in the summer months though.
