Bandai release schedule

I wish Bandai would say whether or not they have a Star Destroyer in the works. They sort of teased a prototype in a video a while back, but they've said nothing. I don't want to build the Zvenzda, because it has all sorts of inaccuracies that would need fixing, and I don't have the patience for that. I want to build models, not fix them.

Look closely at the sprue shot -- it's not symmetrical. They have the break in the fin and numerous other little asymmetries in the panelling and greeblies (and, of course, the ejected escape pods).

I don't know what forum policy, but I'm asking to please not post those photos. My children routinely walk into my office and I pride this forum as being safe to have up with them around. I think a link would suffice.

Given that there is literally no possible physical way to put any poster inside the Bandai blockade runner cockpit, I'm pretty sure there's no reason the poster even needs to be mentioned. I'm all for irreverence, but...
 
By the time you reduce the centerfold to fit the 1/1000 cockpit you won't be able to see the girl, let alone the text :lol That centerfold is about an inch and a half tall in the 6' Blockade Runner.

And the Star Wars poster wasn't even around in '76/'77. See the red banner at the lower right corner? That's the Hi-Fi Stereo logo from the VHS box.

There was a cartoon I saw a while back showing Leia in the cockpit talking with the captain of the Tantive IV as they were being chased. She was giving him last minute instructions and ended with "...and for the last time, take that damn poster off the wall!"
