I can imagine the Falcon being bought for salvage as a total wreck, taken to an illegal dodgy garage, fitted with stolen upgrades and guns, the gun windows can be salvaged from TIE's. It would still be filthy garbage, but with masses more (unreliable) power. Id be cool with that, but if they say it started off as a cube to sell more toys .. :facepalm
 
These fit the Falcon for me:

C-123 or the armed AC-119
